Canadian Government Launches International Education Strategy
The Canadian government launched its new international education strategy today. Like many other countries Canada is looking to capitalize on the growing international demand for high quality education. It has earmarked $30M to further promote colleges and universities internationally and support internships in Canada, GlobalU co-founder Randy Zadra was interviewed by the CBC about this. In the interview he supported the new strategy and outlined why international education is beneficial to host countries such as Canada as well as the countries which send students.
